  1. good general overview, lacking specifics 3 Star Review

This resource covered a lot of ground, but I found it to be a summary of many common ideas. Although I know many of the strategies (stay calm, be consistent) these can be very difficult to implement at 7:30 when you're heading out the door and your child is still in their pjs despite a handful of reminders! I was looking for more specific ideas, as well as a more innovative layout of material (maybe some sample dialogues, some concrete examples, strategies for different ages). So far, Dr. Frankel's book, Friends Forever, has been the best resource I've found.
